Hannah Gaddis Bacon

Hannah Bacon serves at Project Canaan with Heart for Africa in Eswatini, where she focuses on supporting the spiritual life and holistic development of the children and community God has entrusted to the ministry.

Her role centers on walking alongside children, staff, and ministry leaders through discipleship, spiritual formation, and relationship-based ministry. She is passionate about helping create environments where faith can grow naturally, where children are known and loved, and where the Gospel is lived out in everyday life. Through mentorship, teaching, and intentional presence, her heart is to see young lives rooted in truth, hope, and a deep understanding of who God is and who they are in Him.

Hannah is grateful to partner with Project Canaan as the ministry continues its mission of rescuing, raising, and equipping the next generation through Christ-centered care, education, and discipleship. It is a joy for her to be part of a team committed to long-term impact and sustainable ministry.

Her husband, Preston, also serves in ministry through his role with Third Lens as the Director of Program Management for Southern Africa. In this position, he helps oversee and support ministry construction and development projects across the region, equipping organizations with strategic planning and project management so they can focus on the work God has called them to do. His work supports ministries by helping create spaces that foster healing, growth, and discipleship.

Hannah is deeply grateful for the prayer and support of her partners as she serves in Southern Africa. She considers it a privilege to be part of what God is doing and to walk faithfully in this calling. If you’re interested in supporting Hannah in her efforts, visit her website.
