Elizabeth Burton

Elizabeth Burton is currently serving in North Macedonia. She had been working with children through state social services and in private children’s homes since 2013. She spent 7 years befriending, investing in, and influencing children at the 25th of May, a government-run children’s home that offers children aged 7-18, support and a place to live, and helped to restore their hope and belief in a brighter future. She continued these relationships even after the children exited the homes into adulthood.

Elizabeth is currently the Program Director for Soulcraft Evangelical Church and oversees the Sunday morning services. She’s also the founder of The Main Event, a project that mentors women in small groups and focuses on spiritual wellness, character development, and situational awareness skills.

Elizabeth started a couple of weekly Bible study groups for the women in Skopje. One is called HIS-Story, which is a teaching on how the Old Testament Scriptures connect with the New Testament. The other is called Deep Dive, which delves into a chapter by chapter, verse by verse teaching of the New Testament.
