Eliza Schultinge

Eliza Schultinge has served among Chinese-speaking communities in East Asia since 2016 and is now based in Taiwan, where she serves pastors, missionaries, community leaders, and emerging leaders through me2us2WE — Maturing in Grace.

Through me2us2WE, Eliza is cultivating communities where people grow in maturity as part of everyday Christian life, learn to take responsibility for their own lives, walk alongside others, and grow together around Jesus.

The journey is expressed through three simple movements: ENGAGE, EXPLORE, and EXPAND. At the heart of this vision is the belief that maturity begins long before someone is sent out and that, as people mature, multiplication becomes a natural part of life and ministry.

Today, Leader to Leader (L2L)  is central to the work, with a growing vision toward Multiplier to Multiplier (M2M), as mature people help cultivate maturity in the next generation. In 2026, me2us2WE became network220’s first Taiwan-based bilingual Chinese-English partner.

Her desire is not to build another program, but to cultivate a way of life that takes root in families, teams, churches, and communities and continues beyond any one leader.
