Donna Neimeister
Donna Neimeister has been faithfully serving in Uganda since 2022, dedicating her life to sharing God’s love in tangible and transformative ways. Her ministry began in a remote village
about an hour from Kampala, focusing on elderly women—affectionately called Jajas—and children in a local school. Over time, God expanded her vision and impact.
Today, Donna leads a vibrant ministry in her village, with a heart to inspire, encourage, and equip the local community through life skills, sustainable farming, and outreach. One of her most impactful initiatives has been introducing small group ministry—something the village had never experienced. Through these small groups, using the Starting Point curriculum, lives are being changed as people grow in faith and community.
By God’s provision, and with the help of skilled local workers, Donna has established the Olugendo Community Center—a place of hope, learning, and discipleship. The center offers educational classes on women’s health, childbirth, and occupational training, all designed to help Ugandan families thrive and become self-sustaining. It also serves as a community for neighbors to meet one another from surrounding villages.
Donna also welcomes short-term mission teams and recently hosted the village’s first-ever dental clinic.
Please pray for Donna’s continued wisdom and discernment as she faithfully follows God’s calling. If you would like to support her ministry financially, please visit her website.
